How much does shipping cost for kayaks and paddleboards?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $50. However, due to their size, kayaks and rigid paddleboards incur a flat-rate oversized shipping fee which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone.
What is your return policy for used equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original packaging. For safety reasons, equipment that has been used in the water cannot be returned unless it is found to have a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Escape Watersports ships to the continental United States and Canada. International shipping for smaller accessories can be arranged by contacting our customer service team for a custom quote.
How do I know which life jacket size to buy?
Each product page includes a specific size chart based on chest measurements and weight capacity. We recommend measuring over the clothes you intend to wear while paddling for the most accurate fit.
Are your inflatable SUPs covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our inflatable stand-up paddleboards come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty that covers seams, valves, and material delamination under normal use conditions.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already been dispatched from our warehouse.
